Appalachian Trail: Day 43

Today was the first day of Trail Days. It was a freezing morning. I woke up around 6:30 as usual, debated about staying in bed because of the cold, and was finally forced out of my warm bag due to the call of nature.
After doing the needful, I headed down towards where the vendors were setup. A group was doing some trail magic and had pancakes and coffee.
From there I spent some time exploring the booths. Some weren't even open when I got there. I walked up and down the vendors for a while, checking out the various booths that interested me.
After a while, I walked down into town to go check out what was there. This included checking out the local outfitters and walking all the way down to the far end of town for a late lunch/early dinner.
I met up with CBD, Tracker, and a friend of theirs named Cass who was in town visiting them. We hung out a while and talked about various stuff and walked through the vendors again.
Afterwards, we went down to Tent City where I was setup and checked out the noisy side where the drum circle would be.
I was tired, so I ended up back in my tent around 8 and fell asleep shortly after.
